Are you holding a grudge about anything? Maybe toward someone you don’t even speak to anymore, and never see? Maybe when you think about it you get that feeling in your stomach like it just happened all over again.
Try taking a deep breath and letting it go. Close your eyes, breathe calmly, and say out loud “I’m letting this go and moving on.”
Feel better? Probably not. It’ll take a little repetition to really get it. But it’s a start.
