A sensible explanation
I had a flight recently, so on my way to the airport, I had some electrolyte powder to keep me hydrated on the plane.
But then something magical happened: I felt amazing! It gave me a huge boost, mentally and physically. I repeated the experiment after my trip, and found that it happened again. Electrolytes in the morning make everything work better.
Presumably I’m chronically low on potassium or magnesium or something. The important lesson for me is: sometimes there’s an actual problem.
