Feeling bad without knowing
Strange but true: It’s possible to feel bad without knowing what you feel bad about.
Stranger, but still true: It’s possible to feel bad without realizing that you even feel bad at all.
To fix your problems, you might have to learn how to see them first. You can’t see the wind blowing, but you can see the trees move, the grass bend, people’s hats blow off, small animals being picked up and tossed around. You can see its effects.
Seeing the effects, and recognizing what’s causing them, is a good start.
